German B1.2 Intensive Course: Your Key to Confident Communication and Life in Germany You have already achieved so much. By […]

German B1.2 Intensive Course: Your Key to Confident Communication and Life in Germany

You have already achieved so much. By completing the B1.1 level, you have built a solid foundation. You understand the main points of conversations, can talk about familiar topics, and have settled into the rhythm of German grammar. However, you might notice that you still lack the right words in spontaneous situations, or that complex sentences still cause you hesitation. This is exactly where our German B1.2 Intensive Course comes in.

This course is not just a continuation; it is the bridge to advanced language proficiency (Level B2). Our goal is to ensure that you don’t just communicate in Germany, but that you actually feel at home here.

Ideal for Your Start in Germany (Visa and Residence)

A specific focus of this course is on the needs of participants who are new to Germany or wish to extend their stay. We know that many of you require a visa for language training, or a residence permit for university studies or job seeking.

German immigration authorities (the Ausländerbehörde) often have strict requirements. One of the most important rules concerns the intensity of the language course. For a Language Visa, it is generally required that the course comprises at least 18 to 20 teaching units per week.

Our course meets these requirements 100%:

Schedule: Monday to Friday (daily).

Volume: 4 teaching units (UE) per day.

Total Time: 20 teaching units per week.

With your registration confirmation for this course, you hold an important document to prove to the embassy or the immigration office that you are serious about learning German and are using your time in Germany productively.

The Advantage of the Intensive Format

Why do we learn every day? Language is like a muscle. If you train it only once a week, it barely grows. But if you train it daily, you see results quickly.

Through daily classes from Monday to Friday, you stay in the “German Flow.” You don’t have long breaks during which you forget vocabulary. Every morning (or afternoon, depending on the schedule), you immerse yourself completely in the German language for four school hours (45 minutes each). This consistency helps your brain process new structures faster and store them long-term. You will notice that after just a few weeks, you are translating less in your head and starting to actually think in German.

What Will You Learn in B1.2? (Content and Goals)

Level B1.2 is the final step before you become an “independent language user” (B2). Therefore, in this course, we deepen all four competencies: Reading, Listening, Writing, and Speaking.

1. Speaking and Interacting: This is the most important part. We want to move away from simple Q&A games. In this course, you will learn to:

Justify your own opinion in detail.

Agree or politely disagree in discussions.

Report on current events, news, or cultural topics.

React more spontaneously without thinking for too long.

2. Functional Grammar: Grammar is not an end in itself; it is a tool. At B1.2, we review difficult topics from B1.1 and add new nuances. Topics include, for example:

The Subjunctive II (Konjunktiv II – formulating wishes, dreams, and polite requests).

Passive sentences (essential for news and formal texts).

Complex subordinate clauses (so your sentences sound more fluid and elegant).

Verbs with fixed prepositions (e.g., “warten auf”, “sich freuen über”).

3. Vocabulary for Daily Life and Career: Your vocabulary will grow significantly. We leave the topics of “Hobbies and Family” behind and deal with societal issues, the working world in Germany, media, the environment, and technology. You will learn the words you need to understand German news or handle a job interview.

4. Writing for Real Life: Many of our participants later need to write emails to landlords, understand letters from authorities, or write job applications. In the course, we practice writing formal emails (complaints, inquiries) and personal texts. We correct your texts together so that you learn from your mistakes.

Cultural Understanding and Life in Germany

Language is inseparable from culture. Since many of our participants come from abroad, we integrate cultural studies (Landeskunde) into the lessons. We discuss:

How does the German healthcare system work?

What is important when looking for an apartment?

How do you deal with German bureaucracy?

Cultural specifics in social interactions.

This helps you not only with learning German but also with integrating faster into everyday German life and avoiding misunderstandings.

Our Teaching Method

We believe in communicative teaching. This means: You speak more than the teacher. In pair work, group projects, and role-plays, you apply what you have learned immediately. Our teachers are qualified native speakers or have native-level proficiency and have extensive experience teaching international groups. They correct you in a friendly and patient manner so that you lose your fear of making mistakes. Mistakes are warmly welcome here—because you only learn by making them!

Summary and Organization

This B1.2 Intensive Course is the perfect choice for you if you:

Want to successfully complete your B1 level.

Need a visa and must prove a course load of 20 units per week.

Want to make fast and visible progress.

Are ready to participate actively every day.

The Facts at a Glance:

Level: B1.2 (Continuation of B1.1)

Days: Monday to Friday

Duration: 4 teaching units (4 x 45 min.) per day

Focus: Communication, Grammar, Visa Compliance

German B1.1 Intensive Course – Your Key to Independence in Germany

Congratulations! If you are reading this text, you have likely already mastered the A2 level successfully. You understand important sentences and can make yourself understood in simple situations. That is a fantastic achievement. However, you probably also feel that there is more to discover. You no longer want to just form “simple” sentences; you want to express your opinion, participate in discussions, and truly feel at home in Germany. This is exactly where our German B1.1 Intensive Course begins.

This course is about more than just grammar and vocabulary. It is your next big step toward linguistic freedom. The B1 level is often referred to as the “threshold level.” This means: After this course, you are no longer a beginner. You become an independent user of the language.

Who is this course ideal for?

This course is specifically designed for motivated German learners who want to progress quickly and effectively. It is particularly suitable for newcomers to Germany who have a clear goal in mind: studying, working, or building a life here.

Important Note Regarding Visas: We understand that many of our participants come from abroad and require a visa for language acquisition (Language Visa) or for university preparation. German authorities (the Ausländerbehörde) generally require proof of an “Intensive Course” for such visas. Our course meets these requirements 100 percent. With 20 teaching units (UE) per week, this course offers exactly the number of hours you need for your visa or residence permit. You will, of course, receive an official confirmation of registration (Anmeldebestätigung) from us, which you can present to the embassy or the immigration office.

When and how do we learn? (The Schedule)

Language learning works best with consistency. That is why our intensive course takes place every day. This gives your day structure and helps your brain process the new language much faster.

Course Days: Monday to Friday (daily)

Class Time: 4 teaching units (UE) per day

Duration of a Unit: 1 teaching unit = 45 minutes

This means you will be learning German intensively every morning (or afternoon, depending on the schedule). Afterwards, you still have enough time to do homework, explore the city, or try out what you have learned directly in everyday life. This intensity is the key to success.

What will you learn in Level B1.1?

The B1 level is divided into two parts: B1.1 and B1.2. In the first part, B1.1, we lay the foundation for more complex conversations. Here are some of the focal points you can look forward to:

1. Communication and Topics At the A2 level, you spoke about facts (name, age, place of residence). At B1.1, you learn to speak about connections and context.

The Professional World: How do you conduct a simple phone conversation in an office? How do you write a formal email to a boss or a client?

Living and Housing: We talk about rental contracts, house rules, and living together with neighbors.

Culture and Society: We discuss cultural differences. What is different in Germany compared to your home country? This is not just language; this is cultural training.

Solving Problems: Did you buy the wrong product? Do you need to cancel a doctor’s appointment? We practice how to complain or organize things politely but firmly.

2. Grammar (The Toolbox) Do not be afraid of grammar! At B1.1, we look at structures that make your language sound more “adult” and sophisticated.

The Past: We solidify the Perfekt and Präteritum tenses so that you can tell stories vividly.

Connections: You will learn new connectors (such as obwohl, trotzdem, falls) to link main clauses and subordinate clauses logically. Your sentences will become longer and more fluid.

Prepositions: We practice prepositions with the accusative and dative cases intensively so that you make fewer mistakes when speaking.

3. Listening and Reading We work with authentic texts. This means we don’t just read textbook passages, but perhaps also short newspaper articles, blogs, or listen to real interviews. You will notice: suddenly, you understand much more of what is happening around you.

Our Method: Active and Communicative

Forget boring lecture-style teaching where only the teacher speaks. With us, you are the center of attention. Our goal is for you to speak. In our 4 teaching units per day, we change methods frequently:

Partner and Group Work: You speak a lot with your fellow students. This reduces the fear of speaking.

Role Plays: We simulate real situations (in a restaurant, at a government office, in a job interview).

Media: We use modern media, videos, and apps to make the lessons exciting and engaging.

Our teachers are experienced native speakers or possess native-level proficiency. They correct you in a friendly manner and help you understand the nuances of German pronunciation. Mistakes are allowed here—because you only learn by making mistakes!

Why this course is the right one for you

The jump from A2 to B1 is one of the most important steps in learning German. Completing the B1 level opens the door to German society. Many employers require at least B1 knowledge. A B1 certificate is also often the goal for attending a Studienkolleg (preparatory college) or for citizenship applications.

This B1.1 course is the first half of this journey. We prepare you not only for the next part of the course (B1.2) but also for real life in Germany.

Additionally, you will meet people from all over the world in our course. They are all in the same situation as you: new in Germany, motivated, and open-minded. Many of our participants find not just study partners in the course, but true friends. A social network is extremely important for feeling comfortable in a new country.

If you…

want to lift your German from “basic knowledge” to “independence,”

need a visa or residence permit for language students,

want to learn intensively and quickly (20 units per week),

enjoy exchanging ideas with other people,

… then our German B1.1 Intensive Course is exactly right for you.

We look forward to meeting you and accompanying you on your path to the German language. Register now and make Germany your new home—not just physically, but linguistically as well.

German A2.2 Intensive Course: Your Next Step to Confident Communication You have already mastered the basics of the German language. […]

German A2.2 Intensive Course: Your Next Step to Confident Communication

You have already mastered the basics of the German language. You can introduce yourself, go grocery shopping, and hold simple conversations. That is a fantastic achievement! However, you have probably noticed that you want to say more in your daily life. You want to express your opinions more precisely, talk about your past, and understand more complex situations. This is exactly where our German A2.2 Intensive Course comes in.

This course is not just a series of lessons. It is your bridge from basic understanding to independent language use (Level B1). We have designed this course specifically for people who are new to Germany, want to learn the language quickly, and have big goals.

Who is this course for?

Our course is aimed at motivated German learners who have already successfully completed the A2.1 level. It is especially ideal for participants from abroad who have recently arrived in Germany or wish to extend their stay here.

Important for your Visa: We understand that many of our participants require a visa for language acquisition (Language Visa) or a residence permit for study purposes. German authorities often require proof of an “Intensive Course” for this. Our course meets these requirements 100 percent. With 20 teaching units per week, we offer exactly the number of hours you usually need to prove to the Foreigners’ Authority (Ausländerbehörde) or the embassy. We are happy to support you with an official confirmation of registration to help with your paperwork.

When and how do we learn? (The Schedule)

You learn a language best when you use it every day. That is why our course runs from Monday to Friday. This consistency is the key to success.

Daily Classes: We meet every day for 4 teaching units (UE).

Duration: Each teaching unit lasts 45 minutes.

Total Time: This amounts to 3 full hours of intensive work on your German every day, plus breaks to network and make new contacts.

This rhythm guarantees that you don’t forget what you learned the day before. You stay in the “flow” of the language. Depending on the schedule, the morning or afternoon is dedicated to learning German, leaving you the rest of the day to try out what you’ve learned directly in the city, at the supermarket, or at government offices.

What will you learn in Course A2.2?

At the A2.2 level, the topics become more interesting and the grammar becomes more precise. We prepare you for real life in Germany. Our goal is for you to feel secure and confident in the most important everyday situations.

1. Expanded Vocabulary and Topics: We move beyond the very simple topics. In this course, we discuss:

Work and Career: How do you handle simple phone calls? How do you understand job advertisements?

Housing and Renting: How do you talk to a landlord? How do you report a problem in your apartment?

Media and Leisure: What’s on TV or at the cinema? Talking about hobbies and interests in greater detail.

School and Education: Understanding the German education system.

Travel and Transport: Understanding announcements at the train station and booking tickets.

2. Grammar as a Tool: Grammar is important so that people understand you well. In A2.2, we learn structures that make your sentences more elegant and logical:

Subordinate Clauses: We practice sentences with “weil” (because), “dass” (that), “wenn” (if/when), and “ob” (whether). This allows you to give reasons and explain conditions.

The Past: We solidify the Perfect tense and learn the Prateritum (especially for modal verbs) so you can tell stories from the past.

Adjectives: How do you describe things more precisely? (Adjective declension).

Prepositions: Where is something located? Where am I going? (Two-way prepositions).

Our Teaching Method: Focus on Speaking

Are you afraid of making mistakes? You don’t need to be here! In our intensive course, the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. We believe: Only those who speak, learn.

Our professional teachers are native speakers or speak German at a native level. They are not just teachers, but also mentors. They know the cultural challenges that come with life in a new country.

The lessons are interactive. You don’t just sit there and listen.

We use pair work and group projects.

We listen to current audio clips and watch short videos.

We simulate real conversations (role-plays), for example, a doctor’s appointment or a conversation at a travel agency.

Our goal is to break down your “language barriers.” By the end of the course, you should have the courage to speak German out in the real world—even if the grammar isn’t 100% perfect yet. Communication is the most important goal.

Community and Culture

An intensive course is also a social space. Are you new to Germany? In our course, you are not alone. You will meet people from all over the world who are in the same situation as you. Many of our participants find new friends in the course, form study groups, and explore the city together.

We also teach “Landeskunde” (cultural studies) in our lessons. This means we talk about how people in Germany “tick.” What is considered polite? How does waste separation work? How do you write a formal email? This cultural knowledge is often just as important as vocabulary for feeling at home in Germany.

Your Goal: Ready for B1

Course A2.2 is the final step before the intermediate level B1. Level B1 is often the prerequisite for many jobs or vocational training programs (Ausbildung) in Germany. With our A2.2 Intensive Course, you lay a stable foundation for this. At the end of the course, we will take a small test so you can see how much you have improved.

If you want to learn quickly, need a Germany visa, and value thorough but enjoyable training, then this course is right for you. Invest in your future. Knowing German opens doors in this country—to nice neighbors, to good jobs, and to a feeling of home.

We look forward to welcoming you to our course. Let’s get started together!

Register now and secure your spot in the next A2.2 Intensive Course!

German A2.1 Intensive Course: Your Next Big Step in the German Language

Have you successfully mastered the first milestone, level A1? Congratulations! You already understand simple sentences and can introduce yourself in familiar situations. But you want more. You don’t want to just “survive”—you want to truly participate in life in Germany. This is exactly where our German A2.1 Intensive Course begins. This course is the bridge from simple words to real conversations.

This course description explains exactly what awaits you, how we learn, and why this course is perfect for your goals—and your visa.

Who is this course for?

This course is ideal for you if you have completed level A1 (A1.1 and A1.2). Perhaps you attended a course in your home country or took your first steps here in Germany. Now, you feel ready for the next level.

This course is particularly important for participants who are new to Germany and need or already possess a Visa for Language Acquisition (Language Visa). German authorities often require proof that you are learning German intensively. Our course meets these strict requirements 100 percent.

The Schedule: Learn Intensively, Make Fast Progress

The word “Intensive Course” is our promise. We learn every day, from Monday to Friday. This gives you a solid structure and helps you get used to the German language quickly.

Days: Monday to Friday (5 days per week)

Units: 4 teaching units (UE) daily

Duration of one unit: 45 minutes

Total time per day: 180 minutes (3 full hours) of pure instruction

Why is this rhythm so effective? If you only learn a language once or twice a week, you often forget a lot by the next lesson. In our intensive course, you stay in the “flow.” What you learn on Monday, you practice on Tuesday and consolidate on Wednesday. This allows you to make very fast progress in a short time.

Furthermore, this course comprises 20 teaching units per week. This is the exact number of hours you need to apply for or extend a language visa at the Ausländerbehörde (Foreigners’ Authority) or the embassy. We will, of course, provide you with all the necessary certificates for the authorities.

What will you learn in the A2.1 course?

At level A2.1, the world of the German language gets bigger. We leave simple sentences behind and begin to understand more complex connections. Here are the key areas of focus:

1. Daily Life and Communication In the A1 course, you learned how to ask for directions or shop at the supermarket. In the A2.1 course, we go deeper.

Housing and Living: How do I find an apartment? How do I read housing ads? How do I talk to the landlord about problems?

Work and Career: How do I talk about my workday? How do I understand simple instructions at the workplace?

Leisure and Appointments: How do I plan a weekend with friends? How do I suggest activities or politely decline an invitation?

At the Doctor: How do I describe where it hurts? How do I make an appointment?

2. Grammar (Simply Explained) Grammar is the tool used to build correct sentences. We don’t do dry theory; instead, we practice grammar so that you can use it immediately.

** The Past (Perfekt and Präteritum):** You will learn to tell stories. What did you do yesterday? How was your weekend? This is very important for small talk.

Modal Verbs in the Past: Sentences like “I had to work” (Ich musste arbeiten) or “I wanted to sleep” (Ich wollte schlafen) will become natural for you.

Adjectives: We learn adjective endings (declension). This sounds complicated, but it is very important for describing things precisely (e.g., “The red sweater,” “A cold drink”).

Subordinate Clauses: You will learn to connect sentences with “because” (weil), “that” (dass), or “if/when” (wenn). This makes your German sound much more fluent and mature.

How We Teach: Speaking, Speaking, Speaking

Our goal is not for you to memorize grammar rules. Our goal is for you to speak. We know that many students are afraid of making mistakes. In our course, it is different.

Mistakes are Friends: Only those who make mistakes can learn. We correct you in a friendly and helpful way.

Active Learning: You don’t just sit there and listen. We use partner work, role-plays, and small discussions.

Understanding Culture: Language is also culture. We talk about life in Germany, about festivals, typical habits, and how to behave politely in Germany. This helps you feel confident in everyday life.

Course Materials and Atmosphere

We work with modern textbooks specifically developed for the A2 level. These books contain many pictures, interesting texts, and listening exercises. Additionally, our teachers use authentic materials such as menus, timetables, or short videos.

The atmosphere in our courses is international and open. You will meet people from all over the world who have the same goal as you: to learn German and settle in Germany. Many of our participants find new friends in the course with whom they can practice German even after class.

Summary: Why This Course?

The A2.1 course is a crucial step out of the beginner zone. When you attend this course, you will notice that you understand the news on the radio better, that you have to use English less often in shops, and that you feel more and more at home in Germany.

With the daily structure from Monday to Friday and the 4 teaching units per day, you not only meet all the conditions for your visa but also give yourself the best chance to learn the language quickly and securely.

We look forward to welcoming you to our course. Get started now and take your German to the next level!

Would you like to register, or do you have more questions about the visa? Please feel free to contact us. We are happy to help you!

German A1.2 Intensive Course – Learn to speak and understand German with confidence

Have you already had your first experiences with the German language? Can you introduce yourself, order a coffee, and answer simple questions? That is wonderful! But you have probably also noticed: There is still so much more to discover. Perhaps you want to ask more specific questions at the supermarket, make an appointment at the doctor’s office by yourself, or simply understand what people on the street are saying to each other.

This is exactly why our German A1.2 Intensive Course exists.

This course is not just a classroom lesson. It is your bridge to a secure and confident everyday life in Germany. We have developed this course specifically for people who are new to the country, who want to learn the language quickly, and who require a visa for their stay.

Here, you will find out in detail what awaits you in this course, how we learn together, and why this format is optimal for your personal goals.

Who is this course suitable for?

This course is perfect for you if you have already successfully completed the A1.1 level. You know the alphabet, the numbers, and the first important verbs. Now, we want to expand this knowledge significantly.

This course is particularly important for participants who are coming to Germany from abroad (for example, for university studies, to search for a job, or for an Au Pair year) and need to apply for or extend a visa. Immigration authorities in Germany (the Ausländerbehörde) often require proof of participation in an “Intensivkurs” (Intensive Course). Our course meets exactly these strict criteria. With 20 teaching units per week, it is recognized as an official intensive language course. This gives you security for your planning and your official documents.

When and how do we learn? (The Course Structure)

To learn a language quickly and effectively, regularity is the most important factor. You cannot learn a language by only studying once a week. Therefore, our course takes place every single day:

Monday to Friday

4 Teaching Units (UE) per day

Each Teaching Unit lasts 45 minutes

This means you will be actively learning German for 20 units every week. This rhythm is incredibly effective. What you learn on Monday, we repeat briefly on Tuesday, and build upon on Wednesday. Through this daily contact with the language, you forget much less and make very fast progress. You stay in the “flow” of the language.

What will you learn in this course? (The Content)

The A1.2 level is very exciting. We leave the very simple sentences behind and begin to tell real stories. Here are some of the key topics we will work on together:

1. Everyday Life and Shopping We learn more than just the names of groceries. We practice real, authentic dialogues. How do you ask about the price per kilogram? How do you tell the salesperson that you want to exchange a t-shirt because it is too small? We also look at clothing, sizes, and colors in detail. After this course, you will be able to go shopping in Germany with total relaxation.

2. Housing and Orientation A major topic in A1.2 is “Housing.” How do you describe your room or your apartment to a friend? We learn the names of furniture and appliances. Furthermore, we learn important prepositions that describe location. Where is the table? It is standing in the kitchen. Where is the book? It is lying on the table. This is very important for using correct grammar.

3. Appointments and Health In Germany, you often have to make appointments. We practice making phone calls. How do you call a doctor? How do you say that you have a headache, a fever, or a stomach ache? We learn the parts of the body and simple, helpful sentences for the pharmacy or the hospital. This gives you safety and confidence if you ever feel unwell.

4. The Past (The “Perfekt” Tense) This is a huge step forward! In A1.1, we mostly spoke in the “here and now” (Present Tense). In A1.2, we learn to speak about yesterday. What did you do on the weekend? Did you play football? Did you cook dinner? We learn the “Perfekt.” This is the most important tense for speaking about the past in German. Finally, you can tell your friends what you have experienced.

5. Work and Career We also speak about professions. What are your tasks? When do you work? We read simple job advertisements and learn words related to the office and the workplace. This is very helpful if you plan to work in Germany in the future.

How is the teaching style? (Our Method)

We know that grammar can sometimes feel dry or boring. But a language lives through speaking! Our instruction is modern, interactive, and communicative.

Lots of Speaking: You should have no fear of making mistakes. Mistakes are important for learning. We speak a lot in partner work or in small groups.

Listening and Understanding: We often listen to audio tracks or watch short videos. This helps you get used to the sound of the German language and different voices, not just the teacher’s voice.

Cultural Knowledge: Germany is more than just vocabulary lists. How do you greet people correctly? How punctual must you really be? How do you buy a ticket for the bus or the train? Our course also teaches you this cultural knowledge. We help you understand life in Germany better. Our teachers are not just lecturers; they are guides for your start in your new home.

The Atmosphere in the Course

In our A1.2 Intensive Course, you are not alone. You will meet people from all over the world. Your classmates might come from Asia, South America, Africa, or other parts of Europe. Everyone has the same goal: to learn German and to arrive in Germany.

This international atmosphere is very special. You will quickly find new friends. You can help each other and motivate one another. In the break, we might drink a coffee together and practice speaking German. A friendly and respectful atmosphere is very important to us. Everyone should feel comfortable and have fun while learning.

Completion and Certificate

At the end of the course, we often do a small test. We check what you have learned. If you have participated regularly, you will receive a Certificate of Attendance. This document is very important. It shows the Ausländerbehörde (Foreigners’ Authority) or a future employer that you were diligent and have actively learned German.

After A1.2, you are ready for the next level: Level A2.

Summary: Why choose this course?

Optimal for Visas: Meets the official requirements (20 units/week).

Fast Progress: Intensive learning from Monday to Friday.

Practical Topics: Shopping, Doctor visits, Housing, Talking about the Past.

Great Community: Meet friends from all over the world.

We look forward to meeting you. Take the next step. Improve your German with us—effectively, with joy, and in a wonderful group.

Register now. We are waiting for you!

German A1.1 Intensive Course – A Confident Start in Germany Are you new to Germany? Or are you currently planning […]

German A1.1 Intensive Course – A Confident Start in Germany

Are you new to Germany? Or are you currently planning your big move to the heart of Europe? A warm welcome to you! A new beginning is always an exciting adventure. Everything is fresh: the country, the culture, the people, and—most importantly—the language. Do you want to learn the German language quickly, correctly, and effectively? Then our German A1.1 Intensive Course is the perfect choice for you.

This course is your very first step. This is where your journey into the German language begins, and we are here to guide you every inch of the way.

Who is this course for?

This course is designed specifically for absolute beginners. You do not need any prior knowledge. Have you never spoken a single word of German before? That is absolutely no problem. We start right from the very beginning.

This course is particularly crucial for people coming from abroad who require a visa. Many people come to Germany to work, to study at a university, or to build a life here. To obtain a visa or a residence permit, you often need official proof that you are attending a language course. Our intensive course is designed to meet these specific requirements. You will study for many hours a week, which is exactly what the immigration authorities (Ausländerbehörde) want to see to ensure your success and integration.

When and how do we learn? (The Schedule)

The name “Intensive Course” speaks for itself. We learn intensively. This means we cover a lot of material, and we move at a productive pace.

Days: The course takes place from Monday to Friday. You have class every single day. This consistency is the secret to learning a language. When you hear and speak German every day, you learn significantly faster than if you only study once a week.

Time: We learn for 4 teaching units (UE) every day.

Duration: One teaching unit lasts 45 minutes.

Total Time: This amounts to 180 minutes (3 full hours) of pure instruction every day.

This rhythm is optimal for rapid progress. You have your lessons in the morning or afternoon, which leaves you with enough time afterwards for homework, reviewing vocabulary, or simply enjoying your free time. However, that daily contact with the language is the key to mastering it.

What will you learn in Level A1.1?

A1.1 is the foundation level. We are building the bedrock of your language skills. Just as you cannot build a house without a stable foundation, you cannot speak a language without the basics. In this course, you will learn the most important tools for navigating everyday life in Germany.

Here are some of the core topics covered in the course:

Greetings and Introductions: You will learn how to say “Hello” and “Goodbye” properly. You will be able to say: “My name is…”, “I come from…”, “I live in…”. You will learn to introduce yourself and introduce others.

Numbers and Time: We will master the numbers. This is vital for shopping (understanding prices) and for appointments (telling time). You will also learn the days of the week and the months of the year.

Shopping and Food: How do I buy groceries in a supermarket? How do I order a coffee in a café? What are the names of foods in German? Bread, water, vegetables, fruit—we will practice all of this.

Housing and Living: You will learn vocabulary related to houses and apartments. How do I find a flat? What are the names of the furniture?

The Body and Health: You will learn simple words for body parts. This is very important if you ever need to visit a doctor or a pharmacy.

Grammar: Yes, we also learn grammar. But do not worry! We do it step-by-step. We learn the verbs (action words) in the present tense. We learn sentence structure: Where does the verb go? We learn how to ask questions: “What is your name?”, “Where are you from?”.

Our Method: Speaking, Listening, Understanding

How do we learn in this course? Do we just sit silently and read dusty books? Absolutely not! Language is communication.

We speak a lot: You will start speaking from day one. Even with a limited vocabulary, communication is possible. We use many partner exercises, so you will practice constantly with your fellow students.

We listen: You will listen to authentic German texts and dialogues. This helps your ears get used to the unique sound and rhythm of the German language.

We read and write: We read simple texts and write short messages. For example, you will learn to write a short email or a WhatsApp message in German.

Mistakes are allowed: Do not be afraid of making mistakes. Mistakes are essential. We learn from them. Our teachers are friendly, professional, and patient. They correct you kindly and help you improve without pressure.

The atmosphere in the course is relaxed and positive. All participants are beginners. We are all in the same boat, and we help each other succeed.

Culture and Life in Germany

Language is more than just vocabulary lists and grammar rules. Language is culture. In our intensive course, we also talk about the practicalities of living in Germany.

How does the public transport system work?

How do you separate trash correctly? (A very important German skill!)

What are the typical German holidays?

What are the people in Germany like?

You are not just learning the language; you are also gaining a better understanding of the country. This helps you navigate daily life and settle in much faster. We call this Landeskunde (cultural studies). It is both interesting and incredibly practical.

Why is this course good for your Visa?

Many of our participants come from non-EU countries. They need a visa for university preparation (Studienkolleg), for job seeking, or for family reunification.

The German authorities (Embassies or the Ausländerbehörde) usually want to verify three things:

That you are serious about your stay.

That you are learning German quickly.

That you are attending an “Intensive Course.”

A course with 20 teaching units per week (Monday to Friday, 4 units per day) is generally recognized as an intensive course by the authorities. Upon registration, you receive a confirmation letter from us, and at the end of the course, you receive a certificate. These documents are vital for your bureaucratic processes. With this course, you demonstrate: “I am active. I am learning German. I want to integrate.”

After the Course: What comes next?

The A1.1 course is part one. After this, you have a solid basis, but you are not finished yet. After A1.1, you can continue to the A1.2 course. Once that is complete, you have mastered the full A1 level. After that comes A2, B1, B2, and C1.

It is a long road, but the first step is the most important one. With our A1.1 Intensive Course, you are taking that first step safely and strongly. You will learn the structure of the language. You will lose the fear of speaking. You will make new friends in class. Often, participants come from all over the world, making the environment international and fun.

Summary

Are you ready? Do you want to learn German?

Intensive: Learning from Monday to Friday.

Effective: 4 hours (teaching units) per day.

Practical: Speaking, listening, and real-life situations.

Official: Excellent for visas and authorities.

Beginner-friendly: No prior knowledge needed.

We look forward to welcoming you. German is a beautiful language. Sometimes it can be a little complicated, but it is very logical. With good teachers and a nice group, you will master it. Start your future in Germany now.

German Course B1.2 – Speak with Confidence, Understand with Ease The German Course B1.2 is the level where everything starts […]

German Course B1.2 – Speak with Confidence, Understand with Ease

The German Course B1.2 is the level where everything starts to connect: the basics you learned in the A levels, the vocabulary from B1.1, and your goal to finally speak German more freely and confidently. This course helps you use the language in a relaxed and natural way — not perfectly, but independently and clearly. Everything you learn here is important for your daily life, your job, your studies, and of course for the telc exam.

📘 What is the B1.2 level?

B1.2 is the second part of the B1 level. Here you learn to handle everyday situations more easily, express your opinion calmly and clearly, and communicate independently. After completing B1.2, you can manage most common situations in Germany on your own — for example at work, at appointments, at school meetings, or in offices and authorities.

You don’t need to speak perfectly, but you will be able to ask questions, explain problems, give reasons, and take part in normal conversations without stress. Your grammar becomes more stable, and you learn to use different structures correctly. In short: B1.2 takes you from “I can say something” to “I can manage on my own.”

🧑‍🎓 Who is the B1.2 German Course for?

This course is ideal for learners who have already finished B1.1 or who already have solid B1 knowledge. If you can express yourself but still feel unsure or slow when speaking, this course is a good fit.

B1.2 is especially suitable for:

People preparing for vocational training or work in Germany

Parents who want to communicate better with schools and kindergartens

Students or future university students

Anyone who wants to feel more confident in everyday situations

Learners planning to take the telc B1 exam

📚 What will you learn in the B1.2 German Course?

You will improve all skills needed for independent communication:

Speaking: longer conversations, expressing opinions, agreeing or disagreeing politely, making suggestions

Listening: understanding conversations, announcements, everyday dialogues, short news segments

Reading: newspaper articles, emails, online texts, forms and basic documents

Writing: clear and structured texts, short reports, formal and informal emails

Grammar: relative clauses, connectors, separable and inseparable verbs, passive voice, Konjunktiv II (politeness and wishes), plus systematic review of all B1 grammar

Vocabulary: work, education, housing, health, leisure, media, travel, culture, everyday communication

Everything you learn has real-life use — practical language, not theory.

🏫 How is the course structured?

The course follows a clear weekly plan. Each week has one main topic, and you learn it step by step. New grammar is always combined with texts, dialogues, and exercises. We work with the coursebook and workbook “Momente B1.2”, plus additional materials like short videos, audio files, role-plays, and mini projects.

The structure helps you make steady progress every day.

💬 What is the learning style?

The lessons are active and communicative. You speak a lot, work in pairs or small groups, practice dialogues, complete tasks, and receive clear feedback. We train real situations: phone calls, appointments, official conversations, explaining problems, and giving opinions.

Of course, we also focus on grammar — but always in a simple, practical way with many examples.

🕒 How long is the course?

The course lasts 6 weeks, with 4 sessions per week.
Each session is 45 minutes.

It’s intensive but manageable, and you will see results quickly.

📝 Is there an exam?

Yes. After the course, you can take the telc B1 exam.
The course prepares you directly for it with practice tests, strategies, and exam training.

💡 Why is B1 important?

B1 is a key level in Germany. Many institutions, employers, and authorities require it. It shows that you can communicate independently and manage daily life. B1 is also the foundation for B2 — the level you’ll need for better jobs, training programs, or university.

🎯 What do you need for the course?

The coursebook and workbook “Momente B1.2”

A notebook for practice and homework

A quiet place if you are learning online

Motivation to practice regularly and speak actively

If you bring these things, the B1.2 course will give you exactly what you need: confidence, clarity, and real communication skills.

German Course A2.2 – Speak with more confidence, understand better, act independently

The German Course A2.2 is the next important step on your way to using German with more confidence in everyday life and at work. In this course, you will deepen your basic knowledge and learn to express yourself more clearly, more fluently, and more independently. You will understand more of what people around you say and take part in conversations with greater confidence. The course helps you feel safer and more comfortable in daily life in Germany.

In the German A2.2 course, you will talk about many important topics from everyday life. These include work and jobs, free time, health, living and housing, shopping, traveling, and life in Germany. You will learn to express your opinions, talk about wishes, make suggestions, and describe plans. You will be able to talk about things you experienced in the past, what you are doing now, and what you want to do in the future. Step by step, your speaking skills will become stronger and more natural.

A key part of the course is listening comprehension. You will listen to everyday dialogues, short interviews, public announcements, phone calls, and simple reports. You will learn to understand the most important information, even if you do not know every word. This will help you, for example, to understand what is said on the radio, what someone explains on the phone, or what is happening in a short video.

Reading comprehension is also developed further. You will read simple newspaper articles, emails, internet texts, forms, letters, and public notices. You will learn how to find important information quickly and how to understand texts better. This is very useful in daily life, for example when you have appointments, look for an apartment, go to the job center, or visit a doctor.

In the area of writing, you will learn how to write clearer and slightly longer texts. You will write emails, short reports, messages, invitations, and simple letters. You will learn how to give information correctly, ask for something, apologize, or explain a situation. At the same time, you will pay attention to correct sentence order, verbs, tenses, and the right vocabulary.

Grammar is systematically expanded and strengthened in the A2.2 course. You will learn, for example:

how to use the past tense (Perfect and simple past) in everyday situations

separable and inseparable verbs

two-way prepositions

how to use dative and accusative correctly

subordinate clauses with “because,” “that,” and “when”

comparisons with “as” and “than”

modal verbs in different situations

Grammar is not only explained, but always practiced in real communication. You will speak a lot, work in pairs or small groups, and actively use the language in practical tasks.

A strong focus of the course is on communication. You will practice real-life situations from everyday life: a conversation at the doctor’s office, a phone call with an authority, a talk with your boss, shopping in a store, or meeting friends. You will learn how to ask questions politely, how to react, how to agree or disagree. This will help you become more confident in real-life communication.

Your pronunciation will also be improved further. You will practice correct stress, the rhythm of the German language, and difficult sounds. This helps other people understand you better and makes you feel more comfortable when speaking.

The German Course A2.2 is for learners who have already completed level A2.1 or have similar knowledge. The lessons are clearly structured, but also lively and practical. You will learn in a friendly atmosphere where mistakes are allowed and seen as a natural part of learning. Our teachers explain patiently, motivate you, and support you individually.

At the end of the course, you will be able to:

communicate independently in many everyday situations

take part in conversations and understand short discussions

understand and write simple texts

exchange information and ask questions

express your feelings, wishes, and opinions

orient yourself better at work and in public life

The German Course A2.2 is an important milestone on your path to greater language confidence and successful integration. It prepares you step by step for level B1 and strengthens your self-confidence when using the German language. With every lesson, you will notice that speaking German becomes easier and opens more doors for you.

If you want to learn actively, practice regularly, and improve your German skills in a clear and lasting way, the German Course A2.2 is the right choice for you.
