About Us
UZB Sprachschule was founded by Anvar Shermuhammad – an experienced German teacher with a Master's degree from the TU Berlin. Our goal is simple: to really help people who arrive in Germany learn German – personally, in small groups, and in a language you understand.
Our Story
UZB Sprachschule didn't happen by chance – it's the result of a long journey with the German language. As early as 1998 to 2000, founder Anvar Shermuhammad taught German at a medical institute in Samarkand. At the end of 2000 he came to Germany for a second degree at the TU Berlin. Since 2013 he has been passing on his knowledge in Berlin: first in integration courses for adults, then for several years in "Willkommensklassen" – welcome classes where he supported newly arrived children as they settled in. Most recently, from 2021 to 2025, he taught professional-language and integration courses at an accredited provider. Out of all these years with people who were new to Germany grew a simple conviction: those who arrive here need more than grammar – they need someone who speaks their language, takes the time and truly supports them. That's what UZB Sprachschule stands for: German from A1 to B2, in small groups, on site in Berlin or online, personal and multilingual (Uzbek, Russian, Turkish) – for adults and children, Uzbek too. With passion, real qualifications and intercultural experience, we make German come alive and easy to understand.
Get to know our Lecturers
Our courses are taught by qualified teachers with many years of experience in teaching German – personally, patiently and in several languages. You don't learn with an anonymous team, but with people who genuinely support you – on site in Berlin or online.
Anvar Shermuhammad
Studied German Philology in Samarkand as well as German as a Foreign Language and German Philology at the TU Berlin. He is a teacher approved by the BAMF and has taught German since 1998 – with many years of experience in integration and professional-language courses and with newly arrived children.
Gulshan Rasulova
Studied Mathematics in Samarkand as well as German as a Foreign Language, German Philology and Educational Sciences at the TU Berlin. Since 2013 she has taught German as a foreign and second language – with expertise, patience and dedication for adults across different course formats and levels.
